I'm Amin. I build AI products end to end, from the database and the AI pipeline to the interface people use. As co-founder of Talero AI, I am responsible for the technology behind a career-assessment game, its dashboards and Talero ATS, an AI hiring platform that keeps candidate data in the EU. I also built RoleLens, an open-source agent that reads every new job ad in Sweden.

A 21-second animation: from the first row of data to the last pixel. Talero ATS is EU-native AI CV scoring with the reasoning shown, plus personality insight from a gamified assessment: it weights skills 30% and personality and experience 70%, and a recruiter makes the final call. I built RoleLens, an agent that read about 37,000 job ads in its first month and kept the 685 worth my time. I volunteer on Akademisk Kvart, Stockholm's non-profit student housing platform with about 5,000 users, where I built listing translation and the new ad form. I modernise legacy systems: moving the Z17 dental clinic from Joomla to React on Cloudflare cut page load from 3.4 to 1.0 seconds and took its GTmetrix grade from F to A. From WordPress sites to AI systems in production.
Before software became my job, I spent nine years in IT administration and operations in Iran, Türkiye and Sweden, and built WordPress sites for small businesses on the side. As the projects got more technical, I moved to React, TypeScript, APIs, databases and cloud deployment, because I wanted to own the whole product.
Since 2025 I have focused on AI systems. At Talero I make the technical decisions and built Talero ATS, from the database to the interface. I built RoleLens to run my own job search. Both taught me that the model is the easy part.
What decides whether an AI product can be trusted is where the data goes, what the model is allowed to decide, and what happens when it fails. I would rather ship a system that stops with an error than one that quietly invents a score.
